Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your interest in our return and exchange policy. Please note that due to the nature of frozen items, refunds are not available. However, if you receive an expired product or if the item has an unpleasant smell taste, our rider will inspect the product and arrange for a replacement. Your satisfaction is important to us!
